Jade Eagleson
9:30 PM
At just 28 years of age, Jade Eagleson has made quite the mark on the international country music scene. Boasting 270+ Million Global Streams and 105M+ views on YouTube since the debut of his self-titled album (2020), which holds three GOLD-certified singles and one PLATINUM-certified single (“Got Your Name On It”) as well as the title of most globally streamed debut album by a internationally-signed country artist in history, Jade has also landed four #1s at Canadian Country Radio (“Lucky,” "All Night To Figure It Out," “More Drinkin’ Than Fishin’” feat. Dean Brody, “She Don’t Know”) and a 2019 CCMA Award for Rising Star. Since day one Jade has had his sights firmly set on re-establishing neo-traditional country’s place at the top of the charts and hasn’t stopped working toward this goal ever since. In 2017, Jade decided to step away from some of his duties on the family farm to pursue a long-time dream as a country music artist. With the release of his debut single “Got Your Name On It” (2018), Jade was featured as a YouTube Trending ‘Artist On The Rise’ and appeared on the website’s homepage, marking the first time a Canadian-signed artist in any genre has received such an honour. Today, the music video for “Got Your Name On It” has 6x more views than any other domestic country music video, ever (75 million+ and counting). “Got Your Name On It” has also recently become the first debut single by a Canadian artist to go PLATINUM. These last few years have been unmatched for the Ontario native. Jade kicked off 2023 with his second JUNO nomination for Country Album of the Year and in 2022 saw an incredible 6 nominations for the CCMA Awards, taking home the Award for Top Selling Canadian Album with his sophomore release Honkytonk Revival. His 2022 single “She Don’t Know” recently reached #1 on the Canadian country radio charts and his new single “Shakin’ in them Boots” is currently climbing the charts.

The Heels
7:00 PM
The Heels are an all female country music trio from Vancouver, BC. With a shared love of country music, the three came together in a way that’s as organic as their music, at a North Vancouver café co-owned by Kyla, where Brittni worked behind the counter and Bobbi was a regular. With their mutual love of singing, one thing led to another, and they decided to join forces. The release of their debut 2017 album, Love, Heels, and lead single, ‘Come Around,’ propelled the band to prominence in Western Canada, leading to performances at festivals including the Calgary Stampede and Sunfest Country Music Festival, and garnering them six nominations at the 2018 B.C. Country Music Awards and two BCCMA Awards, including the Ray McAuley Horizon Award. Collectively and individually, music and healing have always been inseparable for The Heels; part and parcel of their uniquely inspiring brand of Country pop, deep personal bonds, and something they put centre stage on their 2023 EP, Work of Heart. Sonically, Work of Heart represents an intentional departure from The Heels' previous work; a record that reflects the life changes and challenges the West Coast-based band experienced during the pandemic while deepening the impact of what’s drawn listeners to The Heels over time. Namely, their chill-inducing vocal performances, lyrics and hooks that are instantly relatable to anyone with a pulse and the good-natured, sometimes bold, and often sassy attitude the trio are so well known for.
